Well it’s been a while but here goes. If you’re like me you’ve probably got a million cookery books. Some with great pictures and some not so good pictures. Why is it with Indian recipes they all seem to have the same spices with maybe lesser or greater quantities. I’ve given up with my home cooking and make it up as I go along. That might be great for me but I appreciate that quite a few of you prefer some sort of guidelines as to what soices and how much to use. I remember well a Fish and chip shop in Dudley explaining that curry is like casserole in that you can add too many ingredients and make it far too rich.
